21st biennial congress – In-person – 11-14 Sep, 2024 Lausanne, Switzerland

Bridge of SighsThe beautiful city of Cambridge, with its historic University and Colleges dating back to 1209, provides a wonderful, intimate and picturesque backdrop for our 20th EPA Section Congress.

Its picturesque colleges, meandering river, “punting”, academic history, art and architecture attracts visitors from all over the world, all year round. As a result, accommodation in Cambridge is in high demand, and we recommend booking your accommodation as early as possible.

Selwyn College accommodation

We are pleased to offer delegates the opportunity to stay in one of Cambridge’s most historic colleges, Selwyn College. The College is conveniently situated only 5 minutes walk from the Congress venue – West Road Concert Hall – and only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Cambridge.

Our rooms at Selwyn College have now sold out.  If you still require accommodation in Cambridge, we recommend visiting the University Bed and Breakfast service

The College is set in beautiful grounds and gardens, which all Congress delegates are welcome to use during the Congress. It will also host our annual Congress dinner on Friday 9th September. All Congress delegates will also have access to the College’s state-of-the-art café-bar throughout the congress. This provides a great breakout space where delegates can relax, meet informally or work.

Onsite & arrival information

Delegates who have booked a room at Selwyn will receive a check-in and arrival email from the EPA Section Congress Secretariat in the week commencing 29 August. Delegates staying at Selwyn College will be located in single or twin en suite rooms in either Cripps or Ann’s Court.

A location map of the Congress venue, Selwyn College and other important Congress locations can be found on our location map page.

Breakfast in the College’s recently renovated and historical dining hall is included in the accommodation price. Timings for breakfast will be indicated in your check-in email.

For housekeeping issues, please contact the Selwyn College Porter’s Lodge in the first instance.

For room booking issues, please contact our Congress Reception desk in the foyer of our Congress venue, or email epa2022@psychepi.org. A 24hr emergency telephone number will also be provided in your check-in email.
