To prepare for your presentation at #EPAPsyEpi2022, please follow the guidelines we have issued for your type of presentation:

Speakers taking part in themed Symposia or Oral Presentation parallel sessions should bring their slides on a USB stick to the Congress.

Rapid-Fire speakers should send their slides in advance to epa2022@psychepi.org, strictly no later than midday, 5 Sep.

Poster presenters will be able to hang their posters from the start of the day on their scheduled day, until that day’s close. All posters should be removed at the end of each day.

Please read and follow the full guidelines for your session carefully. They include how long your presentation should be and the technical guidance for preparing your presentation at our Congress. If you require any further assistance, please see our FAQs or contact us at epa2022@psychepi.org.

We look forward to welcoming you to the beautiful city of Cambridge and thank you for making our 20th Congress a very special occasion.

Your Presentation ID

Presenting delegates should now have received a notification email from epa2022@psychepi.org about the scheduling of your presentation at the Congress. This email includes your unique presentation ID (such as S01.02, OP02.03, RF3.04 or P1.15) for your abstract. This will be used in the Congress handbook and digital app throughout the Congress. If you cannot find this, please contact us. The latest version of our programme can be found online to help you plan your attendance.
