University of Lausanne
The 21st biennial Congress of the Epidemiology and Social Psychiatry Section of the European Psychiatric Association will take place on the Dorigny Campus of the University of Lausanne. The University of Lausanne (UNIL) in Lausanne, Switzerland was founded in 1537, before being made a university in 1890. The university is the second oldest in Switzerland, and one of the oldest universities in the world to be in continuous operation.
Ideally located on the shores of Lake Geneva, the Dorigny campus spans over 2 kilometers on an exceptional site, located to the west of Lausanne. The campus buildings are surrounded by greenery and set in a park offering a variety of beautiful green spaces ranging from forests, streams, and agricultural fields to a fine sandy beach. Lausanne can be reached by public transport in a few minutes.
